CARE Evaluations
Our CARE (Comprehensive Attic Review & Evaluation) process helps homeowners better understand attic conditions and identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, ventilation, insulation performance, and overall attic health.
Each evaluation includes documentation, observations, and practical recommendations designed to help homeowners make informed decisions about their homes.
Air Sealing
Air sealing helps reduce uncontrolled air movement between conditioned and unconditioned areas of the home.
Many homes contain small gaps, cracks, and penetrations around plumbing, electrical wiring, attic access points, recessed lighting, and other building components. These openings can allow conditioned air to escape while permitting outside air, dust, moisture, and heat to enter the home.
By reducing unwanted air leakage, air sealing can improve comfort, increase energy efficiency, and help HVAC systems operate more effectively.
Air sealing is often one of the most cost-effective home-performance improvements because it helps existing insulation perform more efficiently.
Insulation Upgrades

Thermal Imaging
Thermal imaging helps identify areas of potential heat gain, heat loss, and other performance concerns that may not be visible during a standard visual inspection.
By detecting temperature differences across building surfaces, thermal imaging can provide valuable insight into potential insulation deficiencies, air leakage pathways, thermal bridging, and other conditions that may affect comfort and efficiency.
Thermal imaging is used as part of the CARE Evaluation process to help gather additional information and support informed recommendations.
Note: Thermal imaging is a diagnostic tool and does not by itself determine the cause of a condition. Findings are evaluated alongside attic conditions, insulation levels, ventilation, and other observations made during the CARE Evaluation.
Radiant Barrier Solutions
In appropriate applications, radiant barriers can help reduce radiant heat transfer entering the attic by as much as 97%, helping lower attic temperatures and contribute to greater comfort and efficiency.
Radiant barriers are most effective when installed as part of a comprehensive attic-performance strategy that also considers insulation, ventilation, and air sealing.
